Day of Completion - Moving Day |
....nearly there, you’ve waited a long time for this….
Our job on moving day is to stay in touch with solicitors, agents and clients and help you get the keys to your new home as quickly as we can. Final monies will be being transferred by the solicitors and this can often take all morning.
We will call you when we are given the OK by the seller’s solicitors that all monies have been cleared and we can release the keys. This normally happens around about mid-day.
We believe if everyone stays in touch not much can go wrong but we have enough experiences as a team to overcome any last minute issues if they do.
Best advice - keep your mobile switched on and let Shepherds (and your removal company) do all the hard work for you..!!
