We remember that we may have dealt with house moves seven days a week over many years, but for the potential home seller regardless of whether it’s their first or indeed their fifteenth time, there remains an element of stepping in to the unknown. With this in mind there is no such thing as a silly question a vendor can pose at this or at any stage of the process.
Does it have to be stressful?...
At Shepherds we recognise that much of the stress associated with a home move comes from the fact that the participating individuals are in control of so little of what goes on. They are invariably at the whims and vagaries of fate and fortune - as to what and when suitable properties and/or purchasers come their way, the sometimes unpredictable human element of those involved - buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and others who often remain faceless if not nameless participants within your chain but upon whom you will, to a greater or lesser degree be dependent.
