David Simpson, MNAEA - Director
David was born in Ware, attended Richard Hale school in Hertford and joined the firm in 1984. He has three daughters at school locally and his interests include fitness and gym, motorcycling, photography, cinema, and travel. David unlike some agency owners or directors remains involved very much at the sharp end of the daily business at Shepherds. |

Steve Whyman, MNAEA - Manager
Steve was brought up in the nearby village of Bayford, attended a local secondary school and joined Shepherds in 1991 having spent 5 years in the army. He has a son, Jack and lives on the south side of town. His interests include ski-ing, mountain biking, running, football and gym. Steve, despite his many years in the business remains driven and committed to providing the very best service. |

Gareth Jones - Dedicated Sales Progressor
Originally from the Midlands, Gareth has worked in both agency and financial services since the 1980’s. he lives in Bengeo and has two sons. His interests include rugby, hill walking and reading. Gareth is organised, methodical and tactful in this crucial role - he also gets the most accolades and gifts from satisfied clients at the end of the transaction!! |

Peter Bluffield, MNAEA - Sales Negotiator
Born locally and schooled in Hoddesdon, Peter has worked within banking and finance prior to embarking on his career in agency and enjoys travel, cinema, and socialising. Peter is the technical whizz in the office and tweaks and updates output and operating procedures to maintain Shepherds at the cutting edge of the high service standards we aim to offer. He has also studied and successfully passed the NFOPP technical course in residential estate agency. |

Paula Collins - Negotiator
A Hertford girl through and through, Paula has twins who are at school locally and she enjoys socialising, art and foreign travel. Paula carries out many of our accompanied viewings, and is responsible for acquiring feedback for our clients within 24 hours of each viewing. She is organised, affable and has excellent local knowledge. |
